Lyn Blanchard has over 30 years of experience in the management of technology and innovation. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing, product development, operations and executive leadership. She is a founder of Creekstone Consulting Inc.

How much will this cost?
We have numerous ways in which we help entrepreneurs or leaders in charge of growth and innovation. We can provide facilitated workshops, educational presentations, monthly retainer coaching sessions or project oriented business design consulting. The key is to be flexible and cater to the client’s requirements.
How much of my time will be required?
I guess as the old adage says “you get what you put into an effort”. If a client is serious about making changes and focusing on innovation so growth can be achieved then it is a win-win for us and our client in that we can jointly make great things can happen.
How will I know I will get value from the engagement?
We will do a baseline when we start and then work toward specific objectives. This will give you the perspective on what is working, what is not working and what should be changed that can make a big difference. One thing is certain … things will change and for the better with our work together.
